Shipping

Shipping Information

 

Orders are processed from 8 am CET to 6pm CET Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 6pm on Friday shall be processed on the following Monday.

Products listed as “Now Available” in the tBridgeC shop on line shall be processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday from receipt of payment by The Bridge Concept bvba.

 

For “Special Order” products you will receive an indication on delivery times due to the fact that these products are exclusively made for you. They will be shipped within 24 hours from the time they are received at the tBridgeC warehouse.

Please note, however, that shipments of “Special Order” products can take up 10 working days.

 

For temporarily not available products you ordered, we will provide you with the delivery time as soon as we received your order and payment.

 

You will always have full information on the status of your order and shipment.

 

Shipping times

 

For Benelux, shipments are delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipments to the rest of the EU will require about 1-2 working days.

Shipments to the rest of the world will require about 1-3 working days depending on shipping methods (not accounting for customs delays).

 

Taxes and customs duties

 

  • Inside the EU

There are no extra fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything upon delivery.

 

  • Outside the EU

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount due to the shipper or to the competent authorities in the matter.

 

 

Shipping costs

 

  • To Benelux: 10 euro for all orders under 90 euro, free for orders over 150 euro.

  • To Europe: 25,00 euro.

  • International shipping:  35,00 euro.

The products purchased shall be delivered to the address indicated on the Order by the Client from tBridgeC having accepted the order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before placing the Order. tBridgeC reserves the right to accept or refuse requests for delivery beyond the territories of Belgium or Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside the territories of Belgium, delivery expenses and lead times may be subject to change.

Shipment is within 24-48h for articles immediately available. Customized articles will be delivered as mentioned on the order confirmation sheet.

With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

The lead times for delivery indicated by tBridgeC are merely indicative and a delay to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split consignments shall not entitle the Client to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity.

At the time of delivery, the Client shall be required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number shown on the delivery note.

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or spoiled, including with reference to the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metallic strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or any lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier.

Any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be notified within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the methods set out in this document.
